By accessing or using any service provided by JurisMentor through jurismentor.top, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Services Provided

JurisMentor specializes in legal mentoring tailored for business owners. Our offerings include one-on-one mentoring sessions, digital resources, and printed materials to support your business legal needs.

3. Registration and Use

To access certain services, you may be required to provide accurate information and complete registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials.

4. Fees and Payments

All fees must be paid in full prior to provision of services or delivery of products. We accept various standard payment methods as indicated at checkout.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Legal Mentoring Services

Due to the personalized nature of our mentoring sessions, refunds are not available once a session has begun. You may cancel a scheduled session up to 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within this period may be rescheduled or converted into a credit on your JurisMentor account. Such credit must be used within six months of issuance.

If JurisMentor cancels a session, you will receive a full refund to the original payment method used, or you may opt to reschedule the session at no extra fee.

5.2 Informational Products

Digital guides and e-books are delivered electronically and made available immediately upon purchase. Therefore, we do not offer refunds once delivery is complete. If you experience technical difficulties accessing your purchase, please contact us within 5 days of purchase via our contact form.

5.3 Physical Goods

Printed manuals and other physical materials may be returned within 14 days of receipt. Returned items must be unused and in original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us via our contact form. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. You are responsible for any shipping costs for returns, unless the return is due to a defect or error by JurisMentor.

6. Service Transfers

If you are unable to attend a scheduled mentoring session, you may transfer the session to another participant with prior written consent from JurisMentor, provided the request is made at least 48 hours before the session.

7. Limitation of Liability

JurisMentor provides guidance based on current legal frameworks but is not a substitute for representation by a qualified attorney. We are not liable for indirect or special damages arising from use of our services.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes become effective upon posting on jurismentor.top. Your continued use of the site after changes indicates acceptance.
